• في صنعاء: يستغرق الشحن عادة بين 5 إلى 24 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب.
• في باقي المحافظات الشمالية (مثل ذمار، البيضاء، الحديدة، صعدة): يستغرق الشحن عادة يومًا واحدًا.
• في المحافظات الجنوبية (مثل عدن، تعز): يستغرق الشحن عادة يومين.
• في مناطق أخرى مثل المكلا، سيئون، حضرموت، شبوة، لحج، مارب، الجوف: يستغرق الشحن عادة من 3 إلى 5 أيام.
3. رسوم الشحن
• في صنعاء: رسوم التوصيل 700 ريال فقط.
• بداخل عدن: تتراوح مابين 2000 إالى 4500 ريال جنوبي حسب المكان.
• بداخل المكلا: تتراوح مابين 2000 إلى 4 ألف ريال جنوبي حسب المكان.
• بداخل إب: رسوم التوصيل 700 ريال.
• في بقية المحافظات الجنوبية: رسوم الشحن 11 ريال سعودي.
• في باقي المحافظات الشمالية: تتراوح مابين 1000 إلى 1500 ريال.
4. طرق الشحن
• نستخدم خدمات الشحن المحلية المعتمدة لضمان توصيل سريع وآمن.
• قد يتم استخدام شركات شحن مختلفة حسب المنطقة لضمان وصول الكتب بأعلى مستوى من الأمان والسرعة.
5. تأخير في الشحن
قد يحدث تأخير في بعض الأحيان بسبب الظروف الطارئة مثل الطقس أو مشكلات لوجستية، لكننا نعمل جاهدين لتسليم الطلبات في أسرع وقت ممكن.
